Hello Everyone! I am sharing my views on the topic related to the ethical issues in finance or accounting. Ethics- The discipline dealing with what is good and bad and with moral duty and obligation. General ethical norms include truthfulness, honesty, integrity,respect for others, fairness and justice.They relate to all aspects of life, including business and finance. Financial ethics,is therefore,a part of general ethics. The ethical dilemmas that accountants sometimes face include conflicts of interest, illegal or fraud lent activities and manipulation of financial statements. AN  EXAMPLE  OF  INFOSYS COMPANY:- "Ethical employees' of Infosys discover accounting irregularities, seek action."
